ALFREDO BARTOLOMEOLI

 

In 1967 he attained his diploma as Art Instructor for the Techniques of Engraving at the State Institute of Art in Urbino.

From 1967 to 1969 he attended the Chalcography Teaching Course (pupil of Leonardo Castellani, Renato Bruscaglia and Walter Piacesi).

He participated in numerous collective exhibitions among which include the “Prima Triennale Nazionale di Xilografia” and the “XI edizione del Premio Biella”, and in others, which occurred in S. Elpidio, Porto S. Giorgio, Fermo, Rome, Rovereto, Urbania, Saragozza, Feltre and Udine.

Amongst his most recent artistic commitments, the personnel of W5 Gallery (Corridonia 2001), and the personnel of Hotel Garden, for the presentation of the art book “Alfredo Bartolomeoli - Segni Incisi” are to be mentioned.

In 1984 he held the position of director of studies of Xylography at the State Institute of Art in Urbino.

In 1995 he was called upon as Engraving instructor for the International Course in Palma de Majorca (Spain, Mirò Foundation).

He participated in engravings, for students and instructors, at the School of Fine Arts in Saragozza.

Since 2001 he has been the director of technical studies of the international summer courses for artistic engraving in Urbino.
